The agreement is between the Client and Jo Rawlinson of the raw creative, 58 Newtown Road, Marlow, Bucks SL7 1LA, UK

Work is quoted on a fixed-fee basis. No VAT is chargeable.

The cost quoted includes one re-write.

Payment terms; within 14 days following completion of the work

Copyright of the work remains with the raw creative until the invoice is paid in full
