Terms & Conditions

The agreement is between the Client and Jo Rawlinson of the raw creative, 58 Newtown Road, Marlow, Bucks SL7 1LA, UK

Work is quoted on a fixed-fee basis. No VAT is chargeable. The quote may be a day rate, or a fixed project fee.

The cost quoted includes two (reasonable) re-writes.Any amends thereafter are charged.

Payment terms; where agreed, typically for a first project - half is payable before work commences. The balance is due 31 days following following completion of the work.

Copyright of the work remains with the raw creative until the invoice is paid in full

In the rare instance that, for any reason, the work is not acceptable 50% of the balance is waived.

Once agreement to commence the work is made, these terms apply.
